Pink Boots members interested in starting a new chapter should review the Chapter SOP and chapter volunteer position descriptions. All are encouraged to contact staff to discuss questions about the process as we are here to guide you through the steps.

Step 1: Download the Chapter Application

When we look to create a new chapter, we like to make sure we have a certain level of interest in the area before proceeding any further. We find that a minimum of 15 current PBS members from at least two different breweries or related beer businesses is ideal. Chapters are required to have a minimum of 2 meetings a year with each meeting having a focus on education.

Step 2: Download the Domestic Chapter Agreement

Next Steps: 

The Board of Directors will review and approve the formation of new chapters quarterly.

Once approved:

  • The Chapter will be available online for new members to join and for fundraising donations. 
  • Chapter Leaders will be given access to chapter dashboards, email accounts and financial documents and a Chapter Logo will be created for chapter use.
  • A Chapter Community will be created for the chapter members.
  • An announcement will be placed in the Newsletter announcing the new Chapter and Pink Boots members in the area will be notified.
