Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars.
After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent immediately via e-mail. When an order is placed for a new title that is not yet in stock, the credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed, and the title will be automatically shipped during the month stock is received at headquarters.
Payment:
Pre-payment is required on all online orders.
Orders may be placed in this online bookstore or you may choose to place your order by phone, fax, or mail.
Orders accompanied by a check or money order may be mailed to the PBS Store address above. Include title, item number, and shipping address. Make checks payable to Pink Boots Society in U.S. funds through a member bank of the U.S. Federal Reserve System.
United States:
Standard Shipping (UPS Ground) is $6.99 per order with delivery within 7 to 10 business days.
Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico:
UPS Standard Ground delivery is $27 per order plus $11 per pound with delivery within 7 to 10 business days. Any duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Outside the U.S.A. (including shipments to Guam):
UPS Worldwide Expedited delivery is $38 per order plus $25 per pound with delivery within 10 to 14 business days. Any duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
We will accept a return if you are dissatisfied with any PBS Store product as long as we get the product back in resalable condition within 30 days of your receiving it. Please include the original invoice number and date of purchase and specify the reason for the return. Shipping charges are nonrefundable except in the case of a damaged or defective product. A claim on a damaged or defective PBS Store product must be made within 10 days of your receiving it. A damaged product will be replaced with the identical product in the proper condition.
